trip, an experience her kids might never have had otherwise. And she used it as a teaching moment, to show them what money could buy. and (at least according to her) the whole experience boosted her confidence to the point that she applied for--and was hired to--a $30/hr remote (so she can be home with the kids) job.

I dunno, seems like a total fucking success to me.
